Leadership Team

Jeff Milgram, Chief Executive Officer

Jeff is a successful entrepreneur who has pioneered the growth of the digital mail industry since 2007. A software engineer by training, Jeff has started and owned his own businesses for decades.

As he came to understand the opportunities in the shipping business, Jeff continuously evolved - from running a brick-and-mortar shipping store that complemented his e-commerce businesses, to expanding into an international package forwarding company. At each turn, Jeff continually created consumer-centric digital solutions for managing mail and packages remotely. Jeff eventually married his knowledge of physical mail and shipping with his expertise in technology to begin licensing his virtual mailbox platform to independent shipping stores and virtual offices. This would become the success story that forms the backbone of USZoom and the iPostal1 postal network today.

Throughout his career, Jeff has leveraged his knowledge and experience in business to translate real-world challenges into technology-driven solutions. As a business leader, he can quickly and deeply understand the needs of partner companies to create flexible, win-win solutions backed by the technology needed to power success. With a track record of persistence, perseverance and strong leadership, Jeff serves as a respected voice and leader in the digital mailbox and postal industry.

Over the past decade, Jeff has led USZoom as it has created and defined the digital mailbox industry. Today, he continues to drive the vision and growth of the company, and the industry, as we expand the applications of our best-in-class technology to solve additional consumer and business needs through our iCorporateMail, iWorkSpaceMail, iCollegeMail, and Enterprise solutions.
