Our Story
The story of US Zoom mirrors the story of our Founder and CEO, Jeff Milgram - one of innovation, seeing around corners for opportunities others don’t yet envision, and building upon strengths to grow stronger and stronger.
Jeff has started and led several businesses, from educational software to an independent shipping store, that shaped his vision for USZoom. In 2007, armed with unique insights into
the shipping industry, Jeff created USAMail1, which would become the core of USZoom - renting “virtual” mailboxes and forwarding packages to remote international clients, which grew to over 30,000 customers in 118 countries.
On the heels of this success, USZoom was founded in 2013 to expand the market nationally for digital mailboxes. iPostal1 was launched in 2015 as the consumer brand to create the best experience for individuals that want to mail manage remotely or have a professional business address for their home-based business. Jeff and a small, dedicated team have carefully built the business that started with just 6 mailing address locations in 2015.

Our Present
Today, iPostal1 has expanded to offer over 3,000 mailing addresses to individuals and small businesses globally. Through this network, we opened over 1 million mailboxes by the end of 2023. The success in this segment of our business - individuals and small businesses - has been the engine for US Zoom to grow.
In 2022, just after moving into new corporate offices in Montebello, NY, we were extremely proud to receive our first certification as a Great Place to Work. We have also expanded our customer success team to additional locations and time zones so we can better service our customers.
As iPostal1 has grown, so to has US Zoom’s reach into additional markets, once again leveraging the digital mail technology at our core.
We increased our focus on the flexible workspace industry with iWorkSpaceMail, a product specifically designed to enable workspaces to offer digital mailbox services to their members.
We expanded our efforts to meet the needs of corporations and enterprises that face increasing challenges related to mail and package management. We can help medium and large companies digitize their mailrooms with our iCorporateMail product, or partner with them on a custom solution tailored to their specific digital mail needs.
We will continue to explore other markets, like universities, for which we already have a product available in iCollegeMail.
Our Future
Over a decade into our US Zoom journey, we feel like we are just getting started!
The opportunities in digital mail across segments remain tremendous, from continuing to grow the category for individuals and small business, to expanding our reach across additional verticals. We have new leadership on board across divisions to ensure we continue to win in the markets in which we compete, as we aim to scale with both effectiveness and efficiency.
With a growing presence internationally, there are truly no boundaries to how much we can transform the mail and package industry.
